Canada Israel Fashion Week was founded on a day when after a fashion show produced for an orthodox synagogue, our CEO realized - how incredibly limited the selection for those looking for modest fashion was.
Infused by this fact, in the 2nd year of CIFW as an epitome of eternal style, CIFW`s very own modest brand, inspired by the Canadian observant orthodox community was born. Gorgeous women dressing daily with incredible sophistication, while ensuring to follow Halachic rules of modest dressing. The Canadian market doesn`t offer too many modest brands, and we are here to change that. Elegance, Redefined is a brand that uses the combination of clever styling and classic pieces to create ultramodern looks for every day.

Elisha Abargel is a Tel Aviv–based fashion designer.
Designed and produced through the atelier in Tel Aviv, his work explores the relationship between structure and movement, precision and ease, technical construction and refined femininity.
Combining tailoring, leather, and contemporary materials, each piece is developed through a process of rigorous pattern making, construction, and fit.
Rather than following seasonal trends, the atelier focuses on creating a considered wardrobe defined by silhouette, material, and longevity.
The collection is available through the Tel Aviv atelier, private appointments, and selected international presentations.

Yaron Minkowski is a renowned Israeli fashion designer known for his work in haute couture and his unique approach to blending fashion and art.
Born in 1964 in Tel Aviv, Minkowski has been a significant figure in the Israeli fashion industry for over 40 years. His designs are characterized by feminine garments made from transparent and embroidered fabrics with rich coloring and texture. Minkowski's work has been featured in leading global magazines, including Vogue and Sports Illustrated, and he has designed for many prominent figures in the industry. His recent projects include a Toy & Nostalgia Museum in Jaffa, which showcases a collection of toys and fashion items, and a festive collection at Israel-Canada Fashion Week TLV 2025. Minkowski's designs are a result of careful consideration of the woman who will wear them, reflecting her dimensions, character, preferences, and style of movement.
